Hope things improve. Be kind to yourself, cook simple foods, forget the gym for noe, go when you are stronger

I so want chocolate now. For the first time in six weeks

It's the stress, ignore it, wanting that fix, try a hug instead, pet? Dog or cat

The thing to remember is that chocolate won't heal your husband's back, take you to the gym, prepare your meals, or do your college work :)

Diana has given you some excellent advice, hope you're able to achieve it :)

I feel it, probably to late now but brushing my teeth sometimes works or a strong word xx

Big hugs! Xxx

Life will always throw curve balls, it's how you hit them that counts.

If I fall off track I make a super veggie stir-fry with loads of nutrient dense veggies (broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, pack choi, baby sweet corn, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts) this usually gives me the boost I need to tackle what ever else is going on. People really underestimate the power of nutrition when things get stressful...it's about feeding your brain the stuff it needs to function!

It will get better...everything always does. X

Hoe very true, I feel a lot better since starting to eat mixed nut butter and having more eggs, no more odd cravings!

Boiled eggs are good for keeping cravings at bay

Don't ever feel you're alone in your struggles. - we all have bad periods, admittedly some have worse times than others. Just let the replies here wrap, around you and hopefully you will feel supported and encouraged. The support and encouragement on this forum are amazing. Things will get better. I sometimes find that if I'm craving something, such as chocolate, I might as well have it, because I will eat so many other things trying to compensate that it would have been better just to have the chocolate in the first place - if you see what I mean.
