Hi, I'm a 52 year old man.
I lost 7lbs in week 1, 1 lb in week 2 and 0 lb in week 3. I've eaten approx. 1200 calories a day. Could my lack of weight loss be because I'm not eating enough calories? Should I increase my intake or stick with it?

Unless you're extremely tiny, I would say you're eating far too few calories
