Well perhaps not heaven as such, but knocking on the Monday weigh-in and nobodys answering...this website goes funny sometimes
Anyway, Portland princess and all you good dieters, if you see me looking through the window, I just wanted to report - well not a lot actually, but I have maintained this week ( this blinking month you mean!) and am still 16 stone , but im IN THE ZONE - and its my second day and I feel ok.
I just had the lovliest lunch, probably you lot already do this, but for me, its been a first. I toasted 1 slice of bread and grated 1 oz cheese, meanwhile, fried in 1 tsp oil, half an onion, a few sliced mushrooms, and 1 oz shredded precooked chicken. Then, I stirred in half a tin of tomatoes, threw the lot on the toast and covered with cheese. And it was lovely! Really nice, me a cook ! Who knew ???

Your doing good tho mummybrummy ! This is my only really proper week of dieting. Its only my second day. Im finding it (relatively) easy to stick to this 80s plan, although it is strict , I think im better off with fewer choices, and its quite challenging to come up with something you fancy with quite a limited choice. I need to impress on myself tho, that when I weigh on Sunday I absolutely must not be disappointed with what might be only 1 lb . You'll have to come along and kick me up the back end and remind me, a small loss is better than none ! I bet you will lose next weigh-in - lets hope for it together - you've done brilliantly to lose on 7 consecutive weeks !!!
