'taint what you do its the way that ya do it '.... Just polishing up my heavy laceups, rolling up my jeans and tying a big bandana round my heavily back imbed hair- oh, didn't I tell you? Im going back to the 80s and starting today on my Quick start weight watchers plan Week 1. (that's why im dressed - mentally anyway - as Bananarama :D)
Seriously folks...im starting today, and I AM going to succeed. Ever since increasing my ibuprofen meds, the hip pain has been so much better. I dont know whether to kiss my doctor, or kick him, for not advising me to up these sooner. I know ibu can cause problems, but its been worth it so far.
So, let me tell you what im having today. I won't do this all the time, reading other peoples diet days can be as boring as listening to their dreams, but just for today :-
Breakfast : 1 cracker read, egg tomatoes and mushrooms , an orange
Dinner : 1 0z cooked chicken shredded with salad and 2 slices bread, 1 tsp low fat spread
Tea: 4'0z lean beef stirfried with lots of veg, in 1 tsp veg oil
Also, 3 fruits, 10oz milk and a low fat plain yoghurt.
What you think ? Low, yes it is, its meant to come in at 1000 cals, but its only for 1 week, and over the next 3 weeks, the food exchanges increase and the calories come up to 1400.
