Can someone please explain to me what is meant by "your 5 a day" in the plan.

Hi Rhorho Don't worry about the baby weight - took me 9 years to lose it (it's just gone now !!).
Your 5 a day is basically your recommended 5 portions of fruit and veg.
Good luck with the plan I'm sure you'll get on great, and there's lots of motivation, support and advice here on this forum if you get stuck !

When it comes to fruit and veg, it's probably best to have more veg than fruit. If you're not used to eating a lot of veg, try increasing gradually. Frozen veg is just as good as fresh, so it's easy to have a bag in the freezer.
