This is really cool. I was curious and watched it through the hyper introduction and had my doubts about doing 25 of each straight away, but these actually look completely manageable. I just did a few while watching her and can feel the effect in my arms. Who would have thought - we just need to lift our arms and start exercising them basically!

Hi Katasha, can I please ask you, as I haven't gotten anywhere with seeing 3 different doctors about my leg...how does cellulitis manifest and how is it treated? I had antibiotics when I first went to see about my swollen leg, they gave me stomach injections in case of clot, got scanned to find it wasn't a clot. But I still have a large red hot patch on my leg, and it is still swelling like fury around that area all the way down to my ankle and foot (also swelling). Any info you can give me would be much appreciated please, if I have extra info I will go back and plague the doctor again if need be. I don't feel as though they are worried about my leg but it's definitely not normal, the left leg is completely different to the swollen, red right leg. I'm wondering if I should be pestering them more, and whether to be more worried about it, it's been going on for at least 6 months from memory, quite possibly longer than that. Thanks so much for any help.
