I have 2 knee replacements and while I was waiting for surgery I did chair exercises and aqua-fit. There are many chair exercise videos on line. Also sparkpeople.com has a ton of videos. Wishing you the best.

Bless you that's doesn't sound good. Hope you get that over and done with soon. I'm sure if you watch what you eat and perhaps do some chair exercises you will be able to do well.

That hardest thing is when you feel helpless and cannot do your usual routine. If you start planning for it now I'm sure you will be able to keep up your positive mind set.

Good luck :)

I had a TKR in March this year. Plus a blood clot on my lung a week afterwards, I'm still struggling with stairs, and sometimes drag my left leg, don't know how long it takes for recovery, doc said all is fine but the stiffness is horrendous.

l had my first tkr 3 years ago and l am still struggling now .l can't ride my cycle because can't get enough bend.l am not looking forward to my next one, although it will stop the awful pain l am going through now .
