After doing exercise and eating healthy all last week.. YES I did relax at the weekend ( life is for living) I have put on 1/2lb... A little disappointed, hope to at least stay the same, maybe that homemade Mexican food on Sunday did it (mmmm)

Hi June1965, 1/2 lb as you say is not the end of the world. You will soon be able to turn that small gain around into a loss. I quite agree with your thinking 'life is for living' and I believe that if we make this journey too strict we are all the more likely to fail. Stick with it, you can do it.
We spoke before about this. Maintenance means a Weight RANGE not just one weight!! My maintenance range for the past 5 months has been 137-141 lbs. Yesterday I returned from a two week all inclusive cruise , I ate super meals with beer and wine every day, but I walked a lot too.
Have now just weighed today and I'm exactly 140.5 lbs, so yes I gained 2 lbs in two weeks and now top of my range but thats ok. Honestly, I can testify that once we accept a weight range rather than one low figure, life is much happier!.
