ao yesterday was a typical day one that I have more often than not. Up at 7 breakfast out see customer. I stayed in Sheffield then out to Hull on to Scarborough finishing off in Nottin as I say typical lol. This is the kind of day where after breakfast for one reason or another I don't get chance to eat until I have arrived at my hotel, I usually have something big and hearty with chips!! And of course 3/4 maybe 5 pints, well I have had a long day I would tell myself. But thanks to NHS 12 week plan and of course this forum. When I arrived I ordered a jacket potato with beans and a side order of.... Roast veg it was delicious and again no Cider. Yes I know I should have stopped and had something but it is sometimes very difficult. Any ways I was under my calorie count and I did much more walking. Sunday night is my 1st weigh in any loss will be great..

Typical day
Sounds hectic! Congrats for keeping the resolve. Hope today's going as well - hope you get a lunch break today though. Keep using the company tab to feed your body lovely healthy veg rather than weighing yourself down with calorific booze and heavy dinners. You're surely in line for some weight loss on Sunday, if you can find a moment to step on the scales... Good luck
Well done. If you can at least have a banana or a few nuts to snack on through the day and don't forget to drink lots of water.
Well done .. you certainly have a full day. I find cherry tomatoes & diced cucumber excellent snacks to have handy if travelling, easy to eat & healthy. Or grapes & banana if you prefer .. just something so you don't have such a long gap between meals.
Keep up the good work & Sunday should be a positive outcome
Hi Johnygail,
Brilliant that you made some good choices and had a good end to your very busy day. Great to hear you also did more walking too. Good luck for when you weigh-in on Sunday evening.
Have a great remainder of the week in the meantime.
