Staring to slip

Started week 3 this week and I stayed the same last week for my weight which is not a bad thing. Just feel like it's too hard to do this week.

I have felt like that on so many occasions, but do keep at it, you will see results. Gather all your strength and determination, it is day by day, steadily weight will come off. Also each week that goes by of your new lifestyle, the more u will get used to eating more of the 'right foods'.

Finding time to do some meaningful exercise is proving difficult with work then home life.

I am not getting much meaningful exercise either, until something eases just focus on what you are eating.
