Another 1.5kg loss this week,I am so pleased ,Following healthy eating plan,allow myself a little treat couple times a week, small being the change for me.I also do a little walking ,have to admit I am a lazy person,use car rather than walk,but change takes a little time for me.Following the plan and listening to others on here,the support is my greatest motivator.

Take time to adjust, what week is it for you? Weight loss wise?
I do a fair bit of walking and less driving, does help, although dirt plays a bigger part.
Don't relax too much, esp if your journey is a long one, just keep doing what works, I find crisps, chocolate and other stuff is easier in portion packs, helps me mentally too
Diana ,this is my week4. Thank you for your advice,I will increase the walking,its just that I have developed so many bad habits.I am feeling so much better even though its only a short period,you are correct,relaxing too much is the problem for me. Hope you are doing well also Diana.
