Well as predicted it's slowing down but down is the word I like. Currently at Luton Airport at the gate waiting to board a plane to Spain. Can I survive sun sea sangria and diet? Here's hoping I will do everything in moderation for the next 7 nights!
Good luck everyone! Onwards and downwards!

Enjoy your holiday, you have worked hard, do not be hard on self there's always next week.
Have a lovely holiday and make sure that what ever you decide to eating that you sayver and enjoy every mouth full, eat consciously and slowly. I think this is important in re-educating ourselves to a healther relationship with food. Also do lots of exploring, swimming and boogie the night away.πππ€
After, what I hope will be a brilliant holiday, when you get home do not give yourself a hard time, even if you have gained, just as they say 'Dust yourself down and start all over again'. πβοΈ
Yes you CAN SURVIVE IT. Walk everyday when its not too hot, , half hour here, half hour there and that's 60 minutes exercise ( at a reasonable pace!) . Use myfitnesspal app and log as much as you can. Im not suggesting you keep to your 'diet' daily allowance, you can eat to your maintenance level ( your TDEE) but logging will help you be more aware. Choose chicken, fish , salads as often as you can....occasional pizza or pasta is ok if you crave it but not too often. Choose your drinks carefully, add fizzy water to white or rose wine, small beers..... Assume ALL cocktails are pretty high in calories, (300-400) and count one spanish gin tonic as a triple uk measure! Last year I had 3 holidays including one all inclusive cruise. I didnt gain more than 2 pounds on any of them. Over the total nine months I lost my spare 30lbs and have stayed at my target for the last 7wks. Holidays no longer scare me!
