So started in April, at 14st 2lb.
To day. 15th 12st 13lb
Could have done a lot better, ie cut out the takeaways completely (1 a week if that), cut down on some portion sizes, but I am seing this as a lifestyle change and not a diet, It seems to be working, I'm loosing the weight, and for the last 2 years is the first time I have stuck to losing weight, people are noticing and I'm feel so much better.
Maybe I need to start doing more exercise as I don't do muc at all really, apart from being a full time mum to a 2 year old but I know I could do more.
