diabetes i should have added to my question
Please make sure you ask the staff at the gym. They will be trained to know exactly what is safe for you. If not find another gym!!
You should always check with your GP/Diabetic Nurse. It should be fine but depends if you are on insulin or not as you may need to check your Blood Glucose before and after your sessions. Speak to medics first and then the gym (they may or may not be aware of what happens to diabetics when they exercise).
I'm T2 on metformin and diet and I use the Body Blade piece of equipment at home and do Leslie Sansone Walk at Home videos to do walking in doors (in addition to general walking around or weekend walks in the country).
