3 days on the 12 week plan and its going good. Had a little bit too much alcohol last night but ive kept my eating well under control so im pleased about that. Hope your all having a good weekend and remember with each others support we can do this....

Well done. You've reminded me that I don't need to stuff myself this weekend. Have a good bank holiday (predictive text wants to change this to 'goofball holiday' so have one of those too!).

Were all only human and we all love food haha, but with each others support we can do this journey. Were all in the same boat and we'll keep each other afloat.. have a good bank holiday and I was once told nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.. 👌👏☺
