I'm a 16 years old and want to lose weight. I have odema on both of my leg. I only had it on my right leg but after my operation last summer it passed on to my left leg as well. I want to lose weight but something I feel like I could never really lose weight no matter what exercise I do and the diet I go on. It just never really works for me. HELP ME PLEASE. I need;
-A healthy eating plan
-Types of exercise that will help me lose weight on my stomach especially.
-Ideas for the types off drink that helps weight loss. I'm currently using lemone water.
- and most importantly tips on how I can stop eating too much. I don't eat fast food or anything like that. I just eat ALOT of things. And yes I've tried researching stuff e.g watch videos on YouTube and other network but I just can't seem to see any progress.

Have a look at the NHS 12 week plan. It's a good place to start.
I'm not sure that there are any drinks that help with weight loss, although some people find that green tea seems to be helpful. Just make sure it doesn't have sugar in it.
As to eating too much ... I guess it depends on what you are eating and why you are eating it. 'White' carbs can be fairly addictive for some people and can leave you feeling hungry fairly quickly. At 16 you are still growing and need good nourishing food. Perhaps you could google "nutrient dense food" to make sure you are eating the right kind of things.
Have you asked your doctor for advice? And told your mum how you feel? Hopefully if you have your family on side this should help.
Good luck Emiiiee, hope you can get the result you want.

I am so sorry to hear about your health issues. Are your family helping you with your weight loss plan, you will probably need their support with your food intake and portion control.
I don't know of any drink that will help you lose weight, remember to drink plenty of water. Sometimes when we feel hungry we are actually thirsty, avoid all those fizzy, sugar laden drinks.
I keep a supply of sugar free ice pops in my freezer for the times that I really must have a snack, possibly not the most nutritious food, but it lets me feel that I am having something to eat.
