One of the side effects of Bootea is that it can affect the contraceptive pill....something to bear in mind.

I used it for a month. There wasn't a dramatic difference with it but I did lose quite a few inches off my waist. Also I felt it made me less tired and more energetic. The night one works as a laxative though so be warned

Hi I am using the nhs weight loss plan, I am on week three but have have abit of a rough weekend, (Chinese takeaway, treats, dougnut, chocolate bar) so it's just to give myself a little boost, I'm not looking for major results

I used it, lost a bit of water weigh! It's good if you want to de-bloat but you won't lose any actual weight! Maybe save it if you've got a function coming up & use before then!!

Bootea is some sort of laxative so of course you will loose weight but your body will get used to the laxative so your muscles of "you know where" will not exercise as much and then catastrophe ! Personally, I would stay away from any diet system who uses laxatives.

Not what you're looking for?
