Some lovely person brought doughnuts into the office today for their birthday and I didn't have one! I wasn't even bothered. Normally I would just pick one up without thinking - maybe even 2 if there were a few spare. I am so pleased that I could simply look at them and walk away. It's a huge step! It means you are developing a healthier vision of food. It's very difficult to walk away from what we used to like, so good for you!

Thanks Gaby. I am really being tested at the moment as someone today brought a retail size box of out of date Double Deckers (about 40 odd of them) to work. I decided to let fate play its hand and if there were any left by Friday I would take one home for the weekend. Luckily by 4 pm they were all gone. :)
