Hey guys!

Ok so after a week of not so good eating I had weigh in today and have put on 3/4 of a pound! I am feeling really negative about this as I know its all my fault as I haven't been good this week!

Week 4 starting today and this week I am determined to loose!

Don't feel too bad, it's not that much, considering you had a few drinks, so stick to your healthy routines, drink a lot of water and it will go away fast, :)

Yes you had a bad week but it could have been a lot worse, you obviously were somewhat careful with what you ate as 3/4 of a lb is a small amount, thats once you are back on track im sure you can lose. Good luck with week 4

Thank you for the support :) I know this is only a little but it does go to show how easy it is to put weight back on! I am back on track today so feleing good for this week! :)

It is really scary how quick it goes on, but knowing how hard it is to lose it is a motivation of mine not to go back to old habits. Glad your feeling positive for the week ahead

Hi Amy. Use the negativity to get the best results next week. We all have bad weeks, it's perfectly normal. Best of luck for this coming week.

Thank you! I guess its just a little snag in my journey! Having reflected on this I am happy now that I have only put on 3/4 of a pound as in hindsight it could have been alot more!

Well, as far as it goes I think you did pretty well considering as you say you had a week of "not so good eating". You know where you could improve your diet so it's all positive really. Good Luck for the coming week.

Ahh thank you so much for this reply! I will download that app sounds really good! Im a visual persona too and like to see how I am doing! I feel the same and I have had a think today and complelty agree with you, this new way of eating is a lifestyle change so there is bound to be blips along the way as its life!
