Iv been having trouble with bread lol I eat at least. 4 slices a day with been busy most of the time a sarni is the quickest way to eat has anyone got any other ideas that are quick and filling thanks x

I am a breadaholic too.... I have it whole-wheat as it's less processed.

AInsley harriett cous cous packets are great pour in hot water leave for 5 mins and done, can be eaten on their own or on the side, only about 150-200cals per packet depending on flavour, but so tasty and filling even on there own.

You could try maybe pre making soup so you just need to warm it through and you will have a tasty lunch, these can be made anyway you want so always pretty handy. Experiment and find what you like, its half the fun

Is this for packed lunches?

Have you tried or thought about Kilner Jar Salads, they are great if prepared and layered correctly (wet ingredients on the bottom)

If its lunch for when you're at work/out and about, I have been pre preparing salads and bought a little lunchbox to take it with me. If you really can let go of the bread, maybe start with just having 2 slices a day and sticking with wholegrain? 🌺

I limit, myself to 2 slices,a day if I have my 2 slices in the day I do a salard Box,to pick at in evening
