I have Underactive thyroid, acid reflux and recently had a sleep study because I wake up exhausted and they suspect I have sleep apnea so the technician who looked after me informed me in the morning that I have periodic limb movement disorder which explains why my body is in so much pain when I wake up. Still need to wait for consultation with doctor about if I have sleep apnea but that's on 10th of April. So frustrating all this waiting between appointments as quality of living is awful at moment
Also will I get help with loosing weight as heard this can be an issue with apnea.

Sorry to hear that you're in so much pain, that must be so difficult to cope with, especially with the wait between your appointments. I hope your appointment on 10th April goes well. Definitely good to discuss your concerns about losing weight with your GP when you see him, as hopefully they will be able to offer you some support with that.
I don't know if you've seen the NHS weight loss pages? Here's a link to them, if not:
Hi thank you for reply. I have been on the 12 week weight loss and reached my 5% which was wonderful but as my health got worse I haven't been able to maintain loss but on bright side haven't gained so think my eating regime is ok.
Really hoping 10th will be a turning point for me as I hope getting real sleep will remedy my issues.
Well done for achieving your 5% weight loss - that's really good, and you've maintained that loss as well, which is even better. Good luck for the 10th, and here's to a positive week ahead.
