Haven't been on here much lately so thought I would update. just started week 5 and so far have lost 3 and 3/4 lb which im very pleased with.Also found a fantastic lady for therapy/hypnosis .Ive had two sessions and its made so much difference,feel like ive woken up !

Well done! Thats interesting the hypnosis/therapy working, were you comfort eating? I definitely comfort eat, since giving up smoking, biscuits have replaced the fags when I'm stressed!

yes, although initialy it started with cancer treatment , I had never overeaten before. She thinks it messed up my metabolism when I couldn't eat plus I take a lot of medication ,also had been having too much wine which is not only empty calories it makes me eat more,she also said it can stop you losing as your body works to get alchohol out of system and cant get rid of food at same time so you gain weight. wine is worse as so much sugar.Ive avoided it, but if I fancy something ive had a G and T .
