hi all today i am start to change my life i have been fat all my life and i want to change i want to buy an outfit fron the smaller range 10 stone is a lot to loose so i better get stuck in so any help or encouragement would be greatly appreciated thanks

Every journey has a beginning, well done for starting yours! I'm on week 4 of the NHS 12 week plan and use MyFitnessPal to count calories. I have amazed myself by sticking with it and have even got through 3 weekends, including Mother's day and my birthday without falling off the wagon ☺

Good luck! Take it half a stone at a time and it will come off! And you will feel so good! Write everything down that you are eating and plan your meals.

Well done for starting and good luck with your journey. Emma44 is right take it half a stone at a time or it is mind blowing to think of the amount of weight you want to lose, I want to lose 6 stone been doing this for 2 weeks and I am proud to say I have lost 5lbs altogether so far. Stay motivated, everyone on this site are brilliant for help, advice and to keep you motivated. Folliegirl said to me about MyFitnessPal app. It is free - it is brilliant so easy to log your calories to keep track each day, add calories burned off with exercise and you can scan barcode on food as well. Give it a go & good luck 😃

Well done the most difficult part is starting. Now just stay positive and motivate yourself. I am just like u but i am really positive now and i can't believe i am on my second week. Good luck
