** How do you make sure you eat all of your 5-a-day EVERY day? **
i was filling out the 12-week-plan chart but id probably have like 3-a-day almost every day .. 5-a-day probably once a week if so.. but to reach 5 a day i really have to MAKE myself eat.

I have a mainly vegeterian diet, so I tend to have lots of salad items in the fridge for lunch and lots of types of pulses and lentils and have lots of different kinds of veg from aubergines to mushrooms, courgettes etc and lots of tins of chopped tomatoes. I usual just juggle lots of these together with a whole grain cereal (Rice, pasta, cous cous) to make a tasty evening meal. I get my 5 day plus two items of fruit. I haven't made a meat and two veg meal since Christmas. I started by getting ideas from vegeterian recipies and experimenting with new and different foods. Wholefood shops good place to start. And its a bit cheaper than eating meat, although I do eat fish 2/3 times a week, so perhaps not so cheap. If you want some help, let me know.
