I started on Monday and was good for 3 days and then went back to my old ways. How silly! I'm starting again and will try harder this time. Good luck to you too.

its very hard too loss weight going for long walks when the weather is better

I did some gardening today so burnt off a few calories. Looking forward to some good weather as it makes such a difference.
