Well done! Youve done great! Swimming is great to do on holiday you can rest inbetween and work on your tan :-) be concious of what you are eating and try to make good choices. As long as you stay active you can Enjoy your holiday and not worry about gaining too much

You have done so well. I am jealous ! Cant seem to shift the weight. Have been sticking to diet except 1 day yet the scales say I am not losing. Yet my stomach looks as if I am.

are you exercising ? sometimes find that when i exercise weight stays static but measurements go down? just keep plugging away, weigh things and write everything down so you dont forget. good luck

I don't diet as such on holiday, you just need to make sure you get back on track when you return!

Well I got back and have put on 5lb 2oz - so back to eating and exercise with avengson
