Hi this is day 1 for me. at 12st6oz I'm at my heaviest I've ever been. Over a year ago I put a load of clothes in the loft because they were too small hoping to lose weight to fit back in them. they are still there and now I have more clothes in my wardrobe that don't fit. I need to change my lifestyle for me my family and my clothes. Hopefully the nhs 12 week diet will do this and give me the knowledge and support I need to get out of this rut.

Hi, I am on day three, So just take each day, one day at a time. I have tried to identify my eating triggers and planned an alternative and also given my self a realist goal. In my case, 20lbs to lose which is the amount of years I have been overweight.

So, Well done for starting, and keep in contact with good days and bads. We will have both.
