Hello, i.m new. Ido that and then feel guilty as hell and disgusting. My son took a pic of me last night curled up on the sofa and sent it to my hubby who works offshore. I went bonkers, lol. Firstly i dont like my pic bin taken and secondly i looked rather plump. So today is the day wooo wooooo.
I have days like this. Try not to get down or feel guilty, but use it as motivation to be extra good for the rest of the week!

I know the feeling !!!!! You feel like you've 'ruined everything ' and feel as low as a baboons balls...... but hang on in there, it's not the end if the world ..... it's not the slip ups that defeat us, it's throwing in the towel completely which I'm sure you won't do........... Slip ups are upsetting and the bugger is they're so rarely worth it !!!! Clamber back up on that wagon please & put it wellllll behind you as Scarlett o'hara says 'tomorrow's another day'........... Can't do the breathy voice sorry !!

Only part of the day off track so plan a good healthy low cal meal for tea. I fell in the snow last week and you should have seen me jump up so fast I sure didn't want anyone to see me sat on my bum in the snow getting wet knickers! So up you jump
Try to remember how crap this has made you feel, making a diary, blog or even a personal video log can help but either way next time you think you are about to waiver try to draw on this memory, it should help.
For now though like others have said, draw a line under it, onwards and upwards (or downwards on the scales).
