I've eaten loads of biscuits today ,

I wonder why I don't lose any weight.

Back away from the crisps. You can draw a line under it and move on.

Go brush those teath! Crisps taste awful on a background of mint.

Call it damage limitation.

A moment of madness and a blip ☺️Don't beat yourself up we've all fallen off the wagon some time or other

Eat the crisps, enjoy the crisps, don't have guilt, just grab a ham salad for your next meal......eat what you want to, strike a balance through the day......don't feel guilty, changing your mental relationship with food is half the battle.

Last night I drank 3 small glasses of white wine, sigh. Do not be discouraged.. Am not going into mourning, but will go to gym this morning for an hour. :) I am sure we all "fall of the wagon" occasionally. It is important to not be discouraged.

i fell off the wagon last week , big time, if only 3 bags of crisps, lol. I came on here to rant but everyone is right, don't beat yourself up. carry on with your healthy eating. on week 6 of the plan in the did you know ,it says, setbacks are normal when trying to change habits of a lifetime.accept this, and it will help you have the right attitude to get on back when a slip up does ooccur. keep going you can do it. :-)

It happens!! There will be slips but don't dwell on it. If you think you're going down that slippery road again, think before you open the packet/have another drink etc. Question yourself - do I really need it!!?

I agree with Bubbalicious. I am a lifelong yoyo dieter. I have found that the deprivation of foods like crisps when we embark on a diet plan, for me, will sooner or later lead to a binge of crisps.

Pumpkins, if its any consolation I do that on a regular basis, and I gobble them up within minutes. - McCoys Crisps are my downfall.

that's a really interesting angle on binging on Crisps, I never though of it like that.
