Well after a rubbish end to last week and and even worse start to this week gym today dint go I just can't get back in to the swing off thing arrrrr

Work out what is holding you back, maybe not go all out to begin with. Set yourself a goal of 1 gym visit a week to begin with. Or no takeaway or junk food for a week. Build yourself up bit by bit, can be a big adjustment. Hope that helps a bit
