Its nearly end of week one & ive had a decent start; however im out for a meal tonight (pub style meal) - any low fat suggestions for me; any recommendations would be grateful - thank you

If you eat meat go for steak or chicken. Watch for sauces as lots of calories can be hidden in these. Check out the pub website and this will allow you to plan what your going to eat.
If you can see the menu before you go choose what to have before you get there. Avoid starter or go for a fruit dish like melon, prawn cocktail with out the sauce, or ask for a fruit juice as a starter. For mains avoid battered or fried dishes. Have grilled meat as mentioned above. Choose baked or mashed potatoes over chips. Just leave off the butter.
Whatever you choose have fun.
