Gained 300g this week despite similar calories and exercise to last week when I lost 600g. The difference this week though is that quite a few calories came from sweet things. So a valuable reminder, that a calorie is not a calorie, it makes quite a difference where the calories come from.
So the plan for next week is to stick to the same calorie goal(1600-1700) and do the same amount of exercise but keep an eye on where the calories are coming from.
