Hi, I recently saw the nurse and was referred to the shape up programme. My starting documents have now arrived and I've realised I don't know much about it and ot seems like a big, new thing. Has anyone tried it and if so what did you think of it. ...

Hi not sure about shape up but I am on a similar course referred by gp in my area called your shape! I am on week 6. It is really good and have lost 12lbs, best thing I don't feel like I am on a diet, I am making better choices, swapping in different foods and I feel better educated about food labels!
