Depend what sort of exercise but if it is running, cycling etc then protein is good. I take fat free Greek yogurt.

You mean carbs carbs and caffeeine? Stick to the other post, you esnt to repair the damaged muscles from your workout. Carbs is fuel. You dont fuel your car after you drive you do it before you can driver :) so protein.

What type of exercise? For some very simple and highly effective advice check out aworkoutroutine.com/ and acaloriecounter.com/diet/. Both sites have honest and practical advice, what's more it will work. I have trained and advised people for 30 years and these sites are spot on. They are not written by me!

I eat my dinner after exercise (meat or fish or chicken, plus a lot of veg). I have a snack before I exercise in the evening - it varies greatly, e.g. nuts/yogurt/fruit/vegetable juice/protein shake.

is that too overmuch so many protein.So it will gain so many fat and oil.so it is beater to eat vegetables only :).Can u tel me ur weight in KG.My 50kg and 5:2.Need to reduced it into 47kg

About 20 to 30% of your food intake should come from protein. Veg do not have a lot of protein so you need other sources too.

I need to lose about 9 kg ...

Nothing. If you eat back the calories you burn through exercise you won't lose weight. Most people over-compensate.

i take PAPPAYa after a walk at 5.30 am.1st 2 cups of hot water,then pappaya.stomach gets full clean and feel hungry with in 30 minutes.I feel this is ok.
