Always going over calories!

So have decided to trick myself by putting my calorie goal on my fitness pal as 1200 that way I have 200 for anything else at night.

Does that mean you only have 1000 calories a day usually? Bit drastic isn't it?

No I normally go over so aiming for 1400 I go over so if I aim for 1200 then go over I will be 1400

Good plan! I find if I fill up on raw veg at lunch time I have a few spare calories in the evening. Some days I spend just a few too many... Other days I make it to bed with spare, so it works out over time. Going to bed early helps!
