in how much time did you loose 19 kilos and how much more do you need to loose ?
Have you re-adjusted your diet and excersize plan for your new weight? That should help.
Plateau's are a common part of the weight loss journey. Try mixing around your food a little to trick your body as this can boost your metabolism.

Need a little more info though, are you weighing food, give us numbers and what your eating, what are your exercise habits? How fast did you lose 3 stone. Are you overweight and just cut carbs which reduces your muscle glycogen stores which loses along with it water retention. If this weight suddenly loses very quickly then you wasn't losing fat and your body is now stabilising with the reduced glycogen. This may be tricking you into thinking that you got drastic results quickly and are now stuck... Try to always go by how you feel and measure I.e. Your waistline etc scales really are not the best indication of how your doing, they are just used as a guideline.
To give you an example ima most the same weight as I was 3 weeks ago, except iv lost an inch and a half off my waist and the no weight loss is actually muscle gain in my legs. If I used scales I would be demotivated, yet in used measuring tape and body fat calippers and now I'm motivated. Small change...big difference in results I hate scales
