It can be. Drinking more water will probably do the trick! Good luck.

If you have changed your diet significantly (or not drinking enough) it could cause a headache. Gradual changes may be easier for your body to cope with. if they persist, have a talk to your doctor.
Yes thanks anytime I diet I usually get a headache for a few days and then they go away maybe it's lack of caffeine

Yes, that would do it.
keep up you fluid intake as dehydration will bring on a headache. If you have combined some exercise with the weight loss you will need to ensure that you keep your fluids up
