Hi everyone great news for everyone who lost weight yesterday im a day behind.got on scales this morning lost 2lbs which brings me to 8st 2 so pleased just 2 more to go.i think my ankle weights have something to do with it .i wear them all day and i eat just 1220 cals a day. im really chuffed.
