Hi everyone been on diet since 4th of july only had 7lbs to lose and ive lost 3lbs already.thats through walking.I have walked over forty miles over that period with a few rest days in between.i have a health and fitness app this records my food intake my exercise and im feeling really good.

Do you have a Fitbit? I love mine and it gets me out walking every day - I aim at five miles a day (walking or running). I usually walk around 40 miles a week.

TBH that's only about 3 miles a day average. Walking is good but you need a lot to burn of those calories. You're well on your way so don't despair

Been out today and ive done five miles which is going to be my target everyday

also for last few days cut calories down to 1100 and having lots of fruit

its so difficult trying to lose just 7lbs but in determined to do it.
