Hi I am new and thought I'd say hi. I am starting my diet tomorrow. I recently have stopped smoking and have now been off the cigarettes now for 3 weeks :) .

Welcome. Well done with the smoking. I stopped 20 years ago and put on weight. I only got around to doing something about losing it last year, so its great you are addressing it now.

Are you going to follow the 12 week plan?

Good luck Lyndzghirl. I stopped smoking in about 2001. You can do it.
