Morning all! Weight check this morning - I weigh 78kg. I've decided to set myself an achievable target for the first week of 0.5kg, and I'm going to weigh myself on Sunday morning to see how I've got on. Feeling the motivation today - going to try to do my 10,000 steps as well as eating healthier.
