I don't listen to music in the gym. But when I go for a run I do. I loaded up my phone with about 30 tracks with a beat I could run to. It is a bit of a random selection. Some of the tracks are

What are your favourites for the gym?
I listen to Now Running and Audiofuels Run free 1 which is at 160 bpm. I have my own playlist which is mainly 80's rock. If I'm flagging, Van Halen's 'Jump" always does the trick
Morning Everybody, I hope you have had a good weekend. Thanks for the reply. Regarding music I don’t have a specific choice at the moment. I only listen to the music which the gym is playing in the morning. But in my car I listen Punjabi songs to get in the mood or Romantic Saxophone to be in a relax state before I hit the gym. My favourite songs at this moment are Mama Mia and Eye of the tiger and 20 dollars.
