60yrs need to lose 84lbs for health lots of meds increase my appetite not able to exercise eat a LOT of healthy food. any ideas as cant cope

Maybe you're just eating too much. Even healthy food will make you put weight on if you eat too much of it. Have a look at your portion sizes and reduce them to see if that works.

Generally theres a lot of processed sudar in fruit juice so cut down or get a no added sugar version.

Another option would be to talk to your doctor about the meds if they are stopping you losing weight.

One good trick witn appetite is to drink a glass of water when you feel hungry as a lot of the time we are thirsty instead. If you stillnfeel hungry 20 minutes later take another drink while you prepare some healthy food, and you shouldnt need to eat as much.

You dont say why you cant exercise, but even a littlenmovement will help you eith your weight loss. Start out with some gentle walking and stretching exercises if you can and build up from there. Good luck.
