Butter and sugar

Just to clarify things - packets might be different in different places.

A stick of butter in the USA comes four to a packet. In the UK they were 8oz (227g) and now seem to be 250g. Still approx half a pound.

Bags of sugar seem in the UK to be 1kg or 2.2 pounds
