This site isn't really about "diets" as such - it's more about weight loss plans.

However there is lots of good and free advice about all aspects of losing weight on the NHS Choices live well lose weight web-pages, including a free 12 week plan and a BMI calculator (a good starting point, if you don't already know your BMI).

And there are also pages about Nutrition and eating well on the NHS Choices site too.
