Hi, the above answer by concerned is great.

On the days that you cant manage that then I would recommend not to junk out on burgers pizzas etc but have a healthy shake that you have prepared yourself. Or you can buy a fitness shake on visalus.uk.com. check out the video.

I would recommend that you follow the NHS plan, have oats with some honey and egg for breakfast and use the Vi shake for lunch. A pear around 3pm. And then a healthy dinner.
