hello I’m still in the process of waiting for a dignosis for PCOS but considering my symptoms such at non existent periods for two months at a time and the fact they are extremely heavy I’m convinced I have it.
I am really struggling to loose weight the normal way as if I don’t eat enough I get dizzy
I would love some advice on how to loose weight I’m currently 20st and would love to get back down to at least 14 st.

hello lovely, I’ve always struggled with loosing weight. I find the best diet that has worked for me is calorie count, 1000 calories a day but burning 1200 calories a day it’s hard work but worth it. Hope this helps x
Hiya Sam. I am also in the process of being diagnosed with PCOS. I've read a lot of different information regarding diets for PCOS, some of which suggest a gluten free & dairy free diet. But if I'm honest I would go with what works for you . 1000 cals as zoe suggests is way too low! The gynaecologist ive spoken to didnt suggest a specific diet but she did say not to do high intensity workouts, but to just focus on walking, pilates & weight training.
