I have been suffered almost 4 years with PCOS.

I was in hospital about 2weeks to take a treatment for PCOS. After treatment, I'm getting better and then I'm taking some birth control medicines.

Now I'm trying get pregnant and stop taking birth control about 2months. But there is no sign and difficult to take a baby.

Please share to me the ways to get pregnant.

Thank you.

Hi Shweyi it normally doesn't happen immediately for people without fertility issues so don't despair. Are you tracking your ovulation? There are only a few days in the month when you can get pregnant - I have got a basal temperature thermometer and take my temperature daily, you can also get ovulation strips, so I know when ovulate. Best of luck

Hi Emelisa, thank you for sharing knowledge. I have an application which is called Flo and I'm tracking my ovulation with that. But I think that is not showing exactly the date of ovulation. I'll buy a basal temperature thermometer and track my ovulation.

Thank you again.
