I'm after some advice for trying to lose weight, I was diagnosed with PCOS in March this year, after years of being fobbed off, I came off the pill in November 2020 and have been TTC since with no joy. I haven't seen or heard from doctors since March when they gave the diagnosis, I am really feeling the weight gain at the moment, I have put on almost 3stone since coming off the pill, feel it was masking symptoms.
Thanks in advance,

Hi, I'm a practitioner that deals with many PCOS clients. Tips for losing weight is hard, especially with those people with PCOS because different strategies work for different people. The only way to lose weight ig to bring about a kcal deficit- more calories expended than being consumed. The method to bring this about is highly individual as its them that needs to adhere to it at the end of the day that's why working with someone often helps.
