Hi, I just had an appointment today which I thought was with a gynaecologist but instead it was with the menstrual team. I had an internal ultrasound & bloodtest back in May & all I've been told is that there was shadows so they couldn't see my ovaries properly (but I'm no further forward as to what's actually wrong with me π₯Ίπ) they've said my bloodtests come back as my hormones were slightly high (whatever that means).... I just feel like I'm being passed from pillar to post & I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or has anyone had a similar experience. I've been booked into see an actual gynaecologist asap but until then my heads doing overtime

If you have an appointment with a Gynecologist, whatever questions you have, you should ask them. You don't really say what they are checking for so bit clueless to what advice you want. There's no point in panicking, I know easier said than done but I'm guessing these tests are for PCOS? If so, 1 in 10 people have it, it's pretty common.
